• We ship exclusively via Australia Post Express across Australia.
• Estimated delivery is 1–3 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
• Please note: we guarantee dispatch of your order however once handed to Australia Post, delivery timeframes and any transit delays are outside of our control.

Your privacy matters to us. Every order is shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with no reference to the contents or nature of the items inside. What you order is your business.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Change of Mind & Incorrect Orders
Due to the nature of our products and strict quality control requirements, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind or incorrect product selection. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Returns are not accepted once an order has been dispatched.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you've received the wrong item, we'll make it right.

• We'll assess your claim promptly and arrange a replacement at no cost to you if applicable.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.
