At Optimum Peptides Aus, we're committed to delivering quality research products with honesty and consistency. Please read our return policy carefully.
1. Research Use Only: All our products are for laboratory research purposes only. We don't accept returns or refunds for change of mind, wrong product selection, or misuse. By ordering, you confirm you understand our products are not for human or animal consumption.
2. Damaged or Wrong Items: If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos of the issue, and a short description. We'll either send a replacement or issue store credit. We don't accept returns on opened or used items.
3. Cancellations: All orders are final once placed. Shipping addresses can be updated before dispatch only — once a tracking number is issued, no changes can be made. If we can't fulfil your order, you'll get a full refund within 3–5 business days.
4. Shipping Delays: We guarantee dispatch, not delivery. We're not responsible for carrier delays, parcels marked delivered but not received, or wrong addresses provided at checkout.
5. Your Legal Rights: This policy follows Australian Consumer Law. Nothing here removes your rights under the ACL for faulty or defective goods.
